Free Family-friendly Permaculture Activities Weekend at Cafe Valise, Chalkwell Park, Southend, July 21/22
Spiralseed are excited to be continuing our collaboration with METAL Southend with our Permaculture Weekend at Chalkwell Hall on Sat 21 / Sun 22 July as part of the Cafe Valise season. We will be presenting a series of FREE family-friendly workshops and activities led by Graham Burnett, Paige Ockendon and Camilla Fox for all ages exploring Permaculture – a design process, that helps create intelligent systems which meet human needs whilst enhancing biodiversity, reducing our impact on the planet, and creating a fairer world for us all. Come along to one, or all of our workshops to find out more… There will also be a chance to check out the Listening Bench and our new recycled pallet planters created in collaboration with Southend Sparkle, Project 49 and local stencil artist Linda Pullen, listen to eco-friendly live jazz from AVANTI! and enjoy art, books, comedy, food, coffee, prosecco and more at Cafe Valise…
